This position requires solid interpersonal &amp; team skills, demonstrated talent, a strong self-motivation and self-starting attitude, and an enthusiasm that starts in the design phase and continues until the product is successfully operating to the customers’ requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for conducting a variety of tests which encompass setting up and testing, as directed in written and verbal instructions, in accordance with applicable standards, and documenting the testing process and outcome.</li><li>Understands how to properly follow laboratory technical procedures and test specifications.</li><li>Ensures that tests are performed exactly according to published specifications unless informed otherwise by manager or engineer.</li><li>Assembles appropriate tools and test equipment and follows written specifications necessary for the proper performance of &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;the test.</li><li>Sets up and performs tests as directed in accordance with applicable industry and company standards.</li><li>Maintains in-depth knowledge of test standards, product test procedures, and instrumentation.</li><li>Accurately observes and records test progression and results.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizes and documents data for each assigned project.</li><li>Periodically assist with troubleshooting and development modifications.</li><li>Identifies instrumentation in need of calibration and ensures it is not used until properly calibrated.</li><li>Applies the principles of 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) in the performance of daily work &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;responsibilities to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe work area.</li><li>Abides by and ensures that all duties are performed in accordance with all Safety, Health and Quality practices, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Work with a cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
