Description
The Executive Communications Senior Graphic Designer works on a variety of messaging products for Church leadership. The Executive Communications Senior Designer works closely with an Executive Communication Advisor to clearly define messaging goals and provide suggestions on the most effective ways to reach those goals. This position uses superior client relationship skills as well as a solid understanding of message design tools and processes to quickly and efficiently produce quality products that meet the needs of the intended audience and effectively communicate the intended message.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients to determine visual support needs and goals for broadcasts, conferences, and events they are assigned to speak in.
Create, design, and produce visual materials.
Take complex information and create designs that are simple and easy to understand.
Ensure that materials comply with brand guidelines and meet Intellectual Property and Correlation requirements.
Coordinate with vendors to manage outsourcing requests including scope and schedule.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, Animation or a related field
4-6 years of experience
A solid understanding of design principles and best practices
Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Procreate, and PowerPoint and similar programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively and quickly adjust work priorities
Can be trusted with sensitive and confidential information
Comfortable providing constructive feedback and working one-on-one with senior executives
