Must be willing and able to TRAIN & work at our Twinsburg, OH Corporate office</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Great Day Improvements is <strong>GROWING!</strong> We are seeking friendly, upbeat people to join our Team!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our Inside Sales Agents are the first point of contact with customers and are responsible for the <strong>BEST</strong> first impression!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Their primary responsibility is to assist new customers in scheduling a free design consultation with one of our Design Consultants.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We are seeking FULL TIME – MORNINGS, EVENINGS & WEEKENDS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>HOURS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>MORNING HOURS - IN OFFICE: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM  / WEEKEND ROTATION ARE REMOTE</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EVENING HOURS - REMOTE: MONDAY-THURSDAY 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, FRIDAY 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM / WEEKEND ROTATION</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Answer incoming calls from our customers, uncover their needs and schedule a design consultation with one of our product experts or direct them to the appropriate department.</p>\n<p>· Provide an exceptional customer experience with each call.</p>\n<p>· Accurate entry of customer’s information into our database to set each appointment.</p>\n<p>· Make outbound calls to potential customers as necessary for various follow-up initiatives.</p>\n<p>· Additional administrative duties as required.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</p>\n<p>· Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills</p>\n<p>· Must be very well organized</p>\n<p>· Ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone</p>\n<p>· Ability to multi-task (talk and type simultaneously) and overcome objections</p>\n<p>· Upbeat, positive and professional attitude – a team player</p>\n<p>· Must genuinely enjoy helping customers</p>\n<p>· Proficiency with computers is required along with an aptitude to learn our phone and database systems</p>\n<p>· Accuracy and attention to detail are must-have traits</p>\n<p>· Reliable attendance and punctuality</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PAID TRAINING - EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>-Must have high-speed internet connection</p>\n<p>-Must be self-disciplined to stay on task</p>\n<p>-Must have ability to speak with customers without any major background noise or distractions while on the phone</p>\n<p><strong>-Must be willing and able to TRAIN & work at our Twinsburg, Ohio office</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>GDI is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</p>\n<p><em>#INDGDICCA</em></p>",
