The position requires knowledge and expertise of Air and Space Staff organizations (including NGB/A5/8) as well as budgeting/requirements functions within the Air Force Corporate Process.\nThe position will develop and maintain close trusted partner relationships with offices of senior military and USG civilian customers, current and prospective, as well as industry partners and suppliers. The position will coordinate with Electronics Systems Business Development, Engineering, Technical Directors and Program Management personnel and support briefings to customers that highlight BAE Systems capabilities and solutions.\nThe Director, US Air and Space Force Programs & Requirements will be the Service lead and report to the Electronic Systems Sector Vice President of Customer Requirements & Advocacy.\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information as well as maintain BAE Systems’ highest ethical standards.",
