Mission Drive scalable, data-driven growth through high-impact paid media strategies that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact across global markets. Role Overview As Paid Media Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. You'll translate product positioning and audience insights into high-performing campaigns, manage multi-country programs, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Data, and Ops teams to align paid media with broader demand generation goals. Responsibilities Translate product positioning and audience insights into high-performing paid campaigns across key platforms Continuously refine campaigns through budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative updates, and audience targeting Manage multi-country campaigns, balancing standardization and localization while ensuring compliance Run structured tests across keywords, creatives, landing pages, and audiences Build and optimize campaigns across all funnel stages to guide prospects effectively Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to align strategy and drive customer adoption Optimize channel efficiency and ensure measurable pipeline and revenue impact Analyze performance and deliver clear, actionable insights Ensure accurate tracking and reporting in collaboration with Marketing Ops and Data teams Requirements 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or demand generation Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta with a strong focus on measurable outcomes Analytical mindset - able to use website behavior, conversion data, and attribution insights to guide decisions Experience managing budgets, targeting, and campaign structures with precision Proven track record of running structured experiments across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies Strong collaboration skills across marketing, data, and operations teams What Success Looks Like High-performing paid campaigns delivering consistent, measurable pipeline and revenue contribution Efficient global campaign management with strong ROI across all key platforms A culture of continuous experimentation driving ongoing performance improvements Accurate, reliable tracking and reporting enabling data-driven decision-making What we offer Purpose-driven work:  Help scale a product that empowers people worldwide to make better decisions with data.
