FLETCHER &amp; CO.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Field Service Representative</em></strong></p><p>Worldwide leader in the manufacture of heavy mobile machinery has an immediate opening for a Fletcher Service Inc. (FSI) Field Service Technician. The skilled job will require expertise in electrical, hydraulics, troubleshooting and engineering. Position will install, perform repairs, and audit J.H. Fletcher &amp; Co. equipment at customer locations. Wil perform standard work assignments, without supervision, according to needs of the customer and company. The applicant will be required to work irregular hours and complete jobs within specific deadlines. The job will include a company vehicle.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Benefits for full-time employees include: Employer Funded health insurance, Employer Funded Profit-Sharing Retirement Trust (can be up to 15% over and above yearly salary, with 5% guaranteed), Dependent Tuition Assistance (at 100% of the cost of Marshall University&#39;s in-state tuition to use at the institution of higher education of their choosing), Quarterly and Annual bonuses (when company-wide production goals are met), Employer funded Primary Care Physician Membership, Gym Membership Reimbursement, and more.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Technical, mechanical and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform maintenance and repairs</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license and the ability to operate company service trucks and follow DOT regulations</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend technical service manuals</li><li>Ability to use hand tools, welders, micrometer and other tools</li><li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to work underground and complete required MSHA training</li><li>Experience in hydraulics and electrical</li><li>Travel required&ndash; 75% of the time</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Perform advanced installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of J.H.
