We work at a high tempo, we collaborate, we’re passionate about our work with clients, and we deliver.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The market demand for our services has fueled our growth. We're currently seeking <span>a talented Senior </span><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38)\">Functional Analyst</span> that thrives in a fast-paced environment<span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38)\"> to join our team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Well-spoken customer focused individual with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language</li>\n<li>A self-starter, able to keep up in a fast paced environment, a team player, capable of juggling multiple projects, and a curious learner</li>\n<li>A self-directed, trusted liason among stakeholders that understands structure, policies and operations of a client account-driven organization</li>\n<li>A synthesizer adept at recommending SAP Hybris solutions that enable clients to meet their business goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead interactive group workshops and requirements sessions to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional and technical requirements.</li>\n<li>Provide SAP Commerce (Hybris) business solution domain expertise including the functional use of hybris, its various administrative cockpits and the b2b and b2c accelerators. Lead client discussions mapping business requirements to the hybris platform guiding them to the best practices for their needs.</li>\n<li>Develop functional requirements documentation in the form of user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria. Support QA and UAT efforts.</li>\n<li>Act as a bridge between the client, technical, strategy and creative teams; facilitating internal, technical and client design reviews; and ensuring that delivered application remains true to the creative design, strategic direction and defined business outcomes.</li>\n<li>Lead the maintenance of the project team collaboration space (Confluence) and issue/task management system (Jira).
