Every conversation, every treatment plan, and every connection you build helps create real pathways to healing and hope for individuals and families across our communities.</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for a <strong>Counselor&nbsp;</strong>on our <strong>Resource Team</strong> based in our <strong>Charlotte, NC&nbsp;</strong>office who is passionate about making an impact, someone who brings both clinical expertise and genuine care to the work they do every day.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Providing evidence-based counseling and education to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Supporting clients in developing treatment and discharge plans&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches as needed&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Documenting client progress accurately and within required time frames</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to support client care&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Counseling and supporting family members as part of the recovery process&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Coordinating care and connecting clients to additional support services&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Assisting with authorization documentation and treatment approvals&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Participating in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensuring compliance with all agencies, state, and federal guidelines&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Is This You?</strong></p><p>Do you feel called to support individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges?
