    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Provides technical support for new and existing tooling and fixturing in order to ensure the most economical, efficient and practical methods are incorporated into the tool/fixture design.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assists in the coordination of tool repairs and modifications.</li><li>Uses machine schedule as a guide in order to prepare tools for production.</li><li>Responsible for CNC mill setup for production departments.</li><li>Works with Program Managers, Molding Technicians and Quality personnel to inspect new tools.</li><li>Works with Production personnel to understand and inspect fixturing requirements.</li><li>Responsible for in-house tool preventative maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for recording maintenance performed.</li><li>Responsible for tool storage.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>When requested, may work on special projects and various related assignments.</li><li>May be required to compile various reports and data tracking.</li><li>May be required to work in various areas of operations when necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other related duties and assignments as required.</li><li>May serve as backup Process Technician</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
