      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>A minimum of 5 years’ experience with ownership of construction projects, encompassing technical oversight, project management, delivery, and execution.</li>\n<li>Experience in HVAC or mechanical construction &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong communication (written and verbal), listening, and negotiating skills in English.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and determination.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Quick critical thinking ability under pressure.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Top-notch organizational skills.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Resourceful and excellent judgment</li>\n<li>Field-based role with 4-5 days/week on active project sites across NYC and surrounding regions (Greater NY, Long Island, New Jersey; occasional Philadelphia).
