The Lease Administrator should be located in vibrant Arlington, VA. This position reports directly to the Associate General Counsel - Real Estate, and is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space. [solidcore] is a national boutique fitness company with 100+ studios across the country. Our signature workout is 50 minutes of low-impact, high-intensity strength training: the lights are low and the music is loud. The coach guides the class through a series of slow & controlled movements that are sequenced to work muscles to failure. You’ll be responsible for Reviewing, analysing, and accurately abstracting new lease agreements, amendments, and renewals into Occupier or similar lease administration software. Reviewing ancillary lease documents (SNDAs, estoppels, etc.) for accuracy and consistency with primary lease terms. Creating detailed summaries of key lease terms including rent amounts, commencement dates, renewal options, tenant improvement allowances, and critical dates. Distributing in a timely manner finalized lease information and documentation to appropriate parties. Responding to inquiries regarding lease details, billing questions, and resolving issues related to lease terms. Communicating directly with studio teams to ensure awareness of lease obligations, upcoming critical dates, and compliance requirements. Preparing and submitting gross sales reports in accordance with lease requirements and applicable deadlines. Proficiency with property management software and database systems. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leases and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with landlords and internal stakeholders.
