For Everyone</em>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bancroft is actively seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds)  providing services across our organization. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) for our Lakeside Program located in Mullica Hill, NJ</strong> (an easy commute from Philadelphia).  The Lakeside Program serves adults, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience acute behavioral challenges.  The program is largely campus based, providing residential and vocational services in one setting, but also serves individuals in a growing number of satellite community residences.  The LBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team of operations, habilitation, medical and behavioral services.  The LBA will direct the  assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework.  The LBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing Behavior Support Specialists (often LBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Licensed Behavior Analyst supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans; this includes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations.  </li>\n <li>Engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.  </li>\n <li>Identifies training needs and develops and conducts those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.  </li>\n <li>Conducts/oversees team screening admission evaluations and intake assessments; oversees the admission, transition, and discharge processes. </li>\n <li>Coordinates and leads clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons’ served.  </li>\n <li>Serves as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).</li>\n <li>Conducts and presents research to internal and external audiences.</li>\n <li>The Licensed Behavior Analyst serves as a clinical supervisor, implementing ABA themselves but also, training and directly supervising ABA Specialists.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What we offer you:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full time position with paid benefits and paid time off, no billed hour requirements.</li>\n <li>Opportunities to participate in clinical research and work with leaders in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.</li>\n <li>A Center of Excellence with 50+ LBAs, providing internal and external professional development opportunities. </li>\n <li>Paid conference attendance and access to CEUs. </li>\n <li><strong>Day Hours</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, required. </p></li>\n <li><p>BCBA certification required. *New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required.  A PhD in a related discipline is desirable. </p></li>\n <li><p>Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred.
