You’ll be part of the energy that makes MonkeyBar feel effortless: good drinks, good service, and a vibe that keeps guests lingering a little longer than planned. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Deliver food and drinks with speed, accuracy, and just the right amount of flair.</p></li>\n <li><p>Keep guests happy, hydrated, and coming back for “just one more.”</p></li>\n <li><p>Know the menu like your favorite playlist—cocktails, bites, and daily specials included.</p></li>\n <li><p>Handle high-volume shifts without breaking a sweat (or at least make it look that way).</p></li>\n <li><p>Work closely with bartenders and teammates to keep service smooth and seamless.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean and organized section, because chaos belongs in the party—not the workspace.</p></li>\n <li><p>Anticipate guest needs before they even ask (yes, mind-reading helps… or at least great instincts).</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or poolside environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>A personality that shines—friendly, outgoing, and maybe just a little bit mischievous.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to multitask like a pro while staying cool under pressure.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.</p></li>\n <li><p>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (that’s when the magic happens).</p></li>\n <li><p>Must meet all food handling and alcohol service requirements.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you can carry three plates, remember five drink orders, and still crack a joke - this might be your stage!</p>\n<p> </p>",
