With a commitment to quality and operational excellence, we’re transforming the social commerce landscape in the MENA region.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Summary:</span></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team at Taager. This is a full-time, fully remote role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products across mobile, web, and backend systems. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for test execution, test design, and automation, while maintaining high-quality standards across the development lifecycle.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will you do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">manual testing</span> for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance</li>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">automated test scripts using Playwright</span></li>\n<li>Continuously improve test automation frameworks to increase <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">coverage, efficiency, and reliability</span></li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">developers, product managers, and QA team members</span> to define and refine test scenarios</li>\n<li>Create and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clear, comprehensive test cases and documentation</span></li>\n<li>Execute <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">API testing</span> and validate backend services</li>\n<li>Participate in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">test planning, strategy, and estimation</span> activities</li>\n<li>Conduct <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">system, integration, performance, and stress testing</span></li>\n<li>Track and manage bugs using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Jira</span>, ensuring clear reporting and follow-up</li>\n<li>Contribute to improving overall <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QA processes and best practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will make you successful:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2+ years of hands-on experience</span> in both manual and automation testing</li>\n<li>Strong experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mobile and web application testing</span></li>\n<li>Proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JavaScript or TypeScript</span> (preferred for Playwright)</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Playwright</span> for test automation</li>\n<li>Experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">API testing</span> (preferably using tools like Rest Assured or similar)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Git</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CI/CD tools</span></li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Jira</span> or similar test/bug tracking tools</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI tools to enhance testing workflows</span> </li>\n<li>Familiarity with performance testing tools and practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li>High attention to detail and quality</li>\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">prioritize tasks effectively</span></li>\n<li>Excellent <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">communication skills in English</span> (written and spoken)</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate with both <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">technical and non-technical stakeholders</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
