You will bridge the gap between the regional teams driving:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategy and commercial growth</li>\n<li>Clients deploying it across multiple geographies</li>\n<li>Engineering teams across multiple geographies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, end-to-end role shaping the roadmap, running the sprint cadence, demoing to clients, and owning delivery from idea to production.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role suits a Product Manager who has spent time in a consulting or process-transformation environment - someone who is adept in client conversations, comfortable mapping operational processes, and now wants to own a product rather than advise on someone else's.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Now you may be wondering what your day-to-day will look like. You will...</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Product strategy &amp; roadmap for Control - translate client needs, commercial priorities and market signals into a prioritised backlog.</li>\n<li>Day-to-day delivery management of the India-based engineering and QA team - running stand-ups, refining backlog, unblocking work across time zones.</li>\n<li>Client engagement across multiple geographies - running demos, proof-of-value engagements, implementation support and ongoing solutioning conversations.</li>\n<li>Requirements &amp; specifications - turning business problems into clear, sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria the engineering team can execute against.</li>\n<li>Cross-functional alignment with sales, customer success, marketing and leadership in Coherent's Asia-Pacific and global hubs.</li>\n<li>Go-to-market support - release notes, internal enablement, and direct involvement in commercial conversations where product depth is needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience and attributes we think you need to get the job done...</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5–8 years of product management experience, with a track record of driving features from idea through to production release.</li>\n<li>Strong client-facing skills - you've run discovery sessions, demos, POVs and implementation conversations directly with external clients, not just internal stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Experience working in a B2B environment serving financial-services clients (banking, insurance, asset management or adjacent).</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage or coordinate offshore / distributed engineering teams - succinct communication, clear written specs, and delivery rhythms across time zones are second nature.</li>\n<li>Comfortable translating ambiguous business requirements into structured roadmaps and actionable sprint-level work.</li>\n<li>Strong written communication - much of stakeholder management happens async across geographies.</li>\n<li>A solid working understanding of how spreadsheets are used to run operational, pricing, actuarial or finance processes inside businesses - this is the universe our product operates in.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working at Coherent </span></p>\n<p>Coherent is a software company with more than 120 people across Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom and USA.
