Description Position Title: Production Associate Pay Rate: Starting wage is $21.97. After successful completion of training, pay rate will range from $23.95-$28.16. Rate of pay is based on job placement. Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday) 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm 3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am *Overtime and Saturdays as needed. Exact shift placement will depend on current production needs. Training will begin on 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) for approximately three weeks. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime. Physical Location: Manitowoc Box 2000 S. 18th St. Manitowoc, WI 54220 920-684-7636 The Job You Will Perform: · Counting and stacking finished product · Reading factory orders · Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment · Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting · Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions · This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
