font-weight: bold\">What you can expect:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; text-decoration: underline\">Data-driven decision making</span><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">: Use SQL, Python, and analytical frameworks on a daily basis to generate actionable insights focused on customer engagement, growth, and lifecycle behavior.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; text-decoration: underline\">Experimentation and optimization</span><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">: Design, execute, monitor, and interpret experiments across customer segments and communication channels, helping the team identify what works and iterate quickly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; text-decoration: underline\">Simple statistical and predictive modeling</span><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">: Build practical models to estimate customer behavior, support targeting decisions, forecast outcomes, or improve campaign allocation strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Solid analytical thinking: you can structure ambiguous problems, define relevant metrics, and turn data into clear business recommendations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Interest in experimentation, customer behavior, growth, engagement, lifecycle marketing, or product analytics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Strong ownership and project management skills: You can own projects end-to-end, manage multiple analyses, follow up on results, and proactively push initiatives forward to drive impact.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Comfortable wearing many hats and switching contexts quickly: from cleaning a dataset to presenting findings to leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Proactive and business-oriented mindset: you enjoy asking why, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities through data.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Advanced English level</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;
