          "text": "<p>We are currently looking for skilled individuals that meet our company vision and wish to join a team that enhances people’s lives.  Below is listed our current opening, however we are always looking for good people to join our direct support staff team.  </p><p></p><p>We have an exciting opportunity for employment with our Supported Living Programs. Aacres provides support to youths and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group or individual home environment. <br /><br />We have several positions available in the Las Vegas area, both Part Time  and  Full Time (up to 40 hours per week) or On-Call basis. We provide support 24 hours per day 7 days a week; therefore, staff is expected to be available to work any shift. </p><p> </p><p><br /><b><u>Basic Duties Include:</u></b></p><p><b><br /></b>Facilitate Instruction</p><p><br />Assist in Household/Yard Maintenance Tasks</p><p><br />Assist in Personal Hygiene</p><p><br />Facilitate and Assist in Community Based Activities and Resources</p><p><br />Facilitate and Assist in Health Appointments</p><p><br />Supervise and Document Medications</p><p><br />Work to Ensure Safety and Security of the Individuals we support</p><p><br />Promote Positive Relationships with Individuals</p><p><br />Report all Suspected Incidents of Abuse/Neglect</p><p><br />Maintain Individuals Cash and Program Funds</p><p><br />Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures</p><p><br />Documentation</p><p><br />Maintain Professionalism at all Times</p><p><br />Respect for Individuals Confidentiality Issues</p><p><br />Positive Attitude and Demeanor</p><p><br />Attend all Required Trainings and Maintain any Required Licenses</p><p><b><u> </u></b></p><p>If you are interested in applying for work with Aacres, submit your application detailing how you meet each of the Minimum Requirements <b><u>and</u></b> the desired skills listed. </p><p> </p><p>Aacres strongly believes in promotion from within, so please note that we will review our internal candidate pool prior to considering external candidates.
