WHAT YOU'LL DO The Maintenance Manager provides overall leadership and direction for the Facilities Maintenance team across the Summit Point campus. This role is responsible for ensuring that buildings, infrastructure, grounds, equipment, and critical systems remain safe, compliant, and operationally ready. Reporting to the Director of Facility Management, the Maintenance Manager oversees workforce planning, work order prioritization, preventive maintenance programs, vendor coordination, capital improvement projects, and regulatory compliance efforts while serving as the day-to-day operational leader of the maintenance function. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable supervising teams while actively supporting hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in the field.
