We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to support the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning tasks, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure a clean and orderly environment for employees and visitors.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Perform daily cleaning of offices, lobby, cafeteria, locker rooms, production areas, and restrooms (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, etc.).</li>\n  <li>Sanitize and restock restrooms, kitchens, cafeteria, and locker rooms with necessary supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, sanitary products).</li>\n  <li>Clean windows, walls, and office equipment to remove smudges, fingerprints, and debris.</li>\n  <li>Maintain break room and kitchen areas (wipe tables/counters, clean microwaves and appliances, sweep/mop floors, restock supplies).</li>\n  <li>Empty exterior trash cans, clear walkways, and pick up debris on facility grounds (including seasonal tasks such as snow/ice removal if applicable).</li>\n  <li>Inspect facilities throughout the day for cleanliness, supply needs, property damage, or safety hazards and promptly report issues to management.</li>\n  <li>Replenish custodial supplies as needed under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.</li>\n  <li>Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned.</li>\n  <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards</li>\n  <li>Perform additional duties as required.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong><u>Position Specific Details:</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Base hourly payrate is $20.00 p/hr, based on experience.</li>\n  <li>Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong><u>What's in it for you:</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Highly competitive base pay &amp; premium shift differentials.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Biannual \"Rewards for Results\" bonuses, awarded on discretion based on plant performance.</li>\n  <li>Our employees have the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.</li>\n  <li>17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).</li>\n  <li>401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.</li>\n  <li>Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.</li>\n  <li>Minimum of three or more years experience, preferred.</li>\n  <li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>\n  <li>Strong communication skills.</li>\n  <li>Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.</li>\n  <li>Able to stand for extended periods of time.</li>\n  <li>Flexibility for overtime and shift hours required.</li>\n </ul>\n <div>\n  Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V)\n </div>\n <div>\n  MAPEIP2\n </div>\n</div>",
