    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This is an entry-level position that supports production by loading/unloading trucks, cleaning of product, and operating various pieces of equipment. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean-up left-over product around tanks and other equipment.</li>\n <li>Load/Unload trucks/rail cars with forklift.</li>\n <li>Operate skid-steer, front loader, forklift, and other equipment to support production on a daily basis.</li>\n <li>Stack bags of product in a concise and consistent manner.</li>\n <li>Sample/Grade trucks and railcars for consistency; notify supervisor/manager of any discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Guide trucks onto tipper, operate tipper in a safe/effective manner, and unload trucks.</li>\n <li>Operate augers, belt-driven machinery, and elevators used in the production process.</li>\n <li>Operate various machinery to support production.</li>\n <li>Cross-train with other departments to provide consistency throughout the Company. </li>\n <li>Provide back-up support for other roles as necessary. </li>\n <li>Available for overtime work on a scheduled or call-in basis, as necessary. </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Forklift experience; certification preferred.</li>\n <li>Warehouse experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Basic operating knowledge of augers, belt-driven machinery, elevators, and other equipment used in the production process.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to pay attention to detail among constant distractions. </li>\n <li>Ability to communicate concerns/problems to manager/supervisor on a professional level.</li>\n <li>Basic to intermediate computer skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirments</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuously lift/move/push/pull objects weighing up to and including 50-pounds; regularly lift/move/push/pull objects weighing up to and including 75-pounds.</li>\n <li>Continuously shovel material.</li>\n <li>Frequently climbs ladders; occasionally works at heights of 100 feet.</li>\n <li>Frequently stoop/crouch/bend/climb/push/pull objects to complete the essential functions of this position.</li>\n <li>Vision sufficient to safely perform the essential job tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Environment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuously exposed to outdoor/uncontrolled weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Regularly exposed to work near moving parts/equipment. </li>\n <li>Regularly exposed to major amounts of dust.</li>\n <li>Regularly exposed to moderate to severe noise levels.</li>\n <li>Occasionally exposed to chemicals used in the manufacturing process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Note:</em></strong> <em>Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of this position at any time.</em></p>\n<p><em>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
