This role provides strategic direction, oversight of multidisciplinary teams, and accountability for program execution, staffing, quality, and compliance across all task orders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide full lifecycle program leadership, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of all contract activities&nbsp;</li><li>Serve &nbsp;as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer (CO), &nbsp;Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and NIH stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee &nbsp;staffing, recruitment, retention, and performance management aligned with &nbsp;PSTSS labor category requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, NIH policies, and contract &nbsp;requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Direct program operations, including budget management, scheduling, reporting, and risk mitigation&nbsp;</li><li>Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts across all functional &nbsp;areas&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate &nbsp;across scientific, technical, and administrative teams to ensure &nbsp;integrated service delivery&nbsp;</li><li>Provide executive-level reporting, briefings, and strategic guidance to government stakeholders&nbsp;</li></ul>",
