We have been proudly serving the Houston and surrounding areas, providing quality service and customized installation of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for machine set-up, inputting data to form designed parts, fitting and provide accurate measurements.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;<strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate press break machine.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use a CNC controller to input information into machine.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with tight tolerances.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Produce parts for assembly operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Program the CNC to produce new parts meeting specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform spot inspections of parts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete and maintain paperwork.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify assembly parts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Set up light gauge metal.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum &amp; regular steel).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Check machine for defects and repair if necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure machine is calibrated and cleaned.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read drawings and blueprints.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Special Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"square\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Math Skills: Good math skills will help press brake operators understand complex instructions, how schematics work and make sure items are designed and built correctly.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Problem Solving Skills: Press brake operators will need to know why machines are not at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attention to Detail: Press brakes are precision equipment. Being off by millimeters could be a critical error.
