    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>General Description</strong></p><p>The Pricing Analyst plays an integral role in Aircastle&rsquo;s business. &nbsp;This role evaluates the merits of acquisition, disposition, and management of aircraft deals.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Member of the Pricing team headquartered in Stamford, CT. &nbsp;The essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Prepare pricing models to evaluate the economics of aircraft purchases, sales and remarketing</li><li>Prepare maintenance models to evaluate the current and expected condition of aircraft and summarize the maintenance inflows, outflows and unsecured risk profiles</li><li>Evaluate and document commercial terms, unique features and risk profiles</li><li>Maintain comp data for all purchases, sales and remarketing transactions</li><li>Assist pricing team with proposals, LOIs, approval documents, etc.</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models to support Aircastle&rsquo;s strategic decisions</li><li>Provide assistance with research in regard to aircraft types, airline commitments, and industry activity</li><li>Coordinate with accounting, finance, and technical to identify efficient processes to cross-reference pricing and maintenance assumptions</li><li>Assist accounting team with recoverability analysis</li><li>Assist on ad-hoc projects as needed</li><li>Support all departments with analytical support as necessary</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Formal Education and Certification</strong></p><ul><li>BA/BS degree in Finance, Aviation or related business field&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Knowledge and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>2-4 years total work experience with focus on complex financial modeling / analytics</li><li>Aviation industry experience is required</li><li>Advanced modeling and excel skills</li><li>Knowledge of aviation industry and aircraft specifics is a plus</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to evaluate and interpret lease contracts</li><li>Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial issues</li><li>Strong oral and communication skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to build solid relationships with colleagues and executive management</li><li>Must be able to work in the Stamford office three times per week</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Travel</strong></p><ul><li>This position requires little to no travel</li></ul><strong>As per company policy, we are not accepting unsolicited resumes or introductions from recruitment agencies.</strong><p><strong>This position does not include visa sponsorship.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 22.4px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
