Emphasis and collaborate with the Senior Clinical Manager on productivity, performance, coaching, problem solving and mentoring.</span></span></p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Job Duties:</span></span></strong></p>\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Direct, supervise, mentor and coach team performance in day-to-day operations to achieve program goals, including maintaining quality, compliance, and productivity. Support the assigned team to ensure compliance with set standards, MDHHS contract, departmental policy &amp; procedures and contractual guidelines.  Proactively identify potential issues/problems and implement timely solutions and performance improvement. Resolve participant expressed concerns or issues, lead weekly team huddles and participate in department meetings prepared to contribute and/or problem solve areas requiring resolution.</span></span></p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Review Authorization Service Guides compared to Assessment and PCSP ensuring services are appropriately identified. Compare and contrast annual spending for participants' authorized services.</span></span></p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Assist with the implementation of ongoing departmental quality and performance improvement initiatives. Conduct performance reviews chart audits, and audits as deemed necessary to monitor key compliance areas. Source qualified candidates, interview, hire, and collaborate program orientation.
