Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:</div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Project Administration &amp; Core Ownership (60%)</strong></p>\n\n<li>\n<p><strong>Project Execution:</strong> Lead the technical deployment and lifecycle management of core platforms (such as IDP, MDM, and ITAM tools) from setup to full rollout under general guidance.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Technical Escalation:</strong> Act as the senior resource for the IT service desk, assisting team members with complex configurations and advanced troubleshooting.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Systems Optimization:</strong> Manage and optimize SharePoint Online, ensuring site designs and permissions structures adhere strictly to established corporate data-governance baselines.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Infrastructure Scaling:</strong> Adapt and scale global infrastructure to accommodate rapid international expansion. Build and manage automated, zero-touch deployment frameworks for a mixed-OS fleet (Windows &amp; Mac) using modern, unified endpoint management tools like JumpCloud, NinjaOne, or Kandji/Iru, ensuring seamless hardware delivery and security compliance for offshore staff.</p>\n</li>\n\n<p><strong>Security &amp; Compliance (20%)</strong></p>\n\n<li>\n<p><strong>Vulnerability Remediation:</strong> Partner directly with the Information Security Team to swiftly execute technical tasks required to remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities within SOC2 and ISO frameworks.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>DR &amp; BCP Alignment:</strong> Assist in the testing and technical maintenance of corporate Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Technical Baselines:</strong> Establish and enforce configuration baselines for all managed workstations to eliminate configuration drift across the global fleet.</p>\n</li>\n\n<p><strong>Advanced Support &amp; Operations (20%)</strong></p>\n\n<li>\n<p><strong>L2+ Operations:</strong> Provide high-level technical support for complex hardware, network, and cloud software issues that exceed standard service desk capabilities.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Observability &amp; Monitoring:</strong> Deploy and fine-tune infrastructure monitoring tools to proactively track global system health and maintain situational awareness.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Vendor &amp; Stack Administration:</strong> Coordinate with SaaS and infrastructure vendors to resolve systemic bugs, manage API integrations, and provide deep technical administration for Google Workspace, Azure/GCP, and EDR systems.</p>\n</li>\n\n<p><strong>Universal Methodology (Applied across all responsibilities)</strong></p>\n\n<li>\n<p><strong>ITIL Service Delivery:</strong> Follow disciplined ITIL frameworks for incident, request, and rigorous Change Management to ensure minimal business disruption.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>AI-Augmented Engineering:</strong> Proactively leverage generative AI tools to validate administrative scripts, synthesize technical data, and rapidly author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Knowledge Management:</strong> Act as a core contributor to the team Knowledge Base, ensuring infrastructure configuration changes and workflows are thoroughly documented.</p>\n</li>\n\n</div>"
