This key leadership position upholds a safety-first culture, emphasizes continuous improvement, and exemplifies servant leadership to foster an engaged, motivated workforce.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Production Supervisor - 2nd shift, you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area/zone. You will be responsible for coordinating safe and efficient day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is safe and successful.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will be based in Ripon, WI. This position will be on 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:00am. There may be occasional overtime required on Fridays from 1:00pm-9:00pm.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p><em>Primary duties:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead safety initiatives to create a culture of safety awareness and compliance</li>\n <li>Educate, train, and motivate production Team Members on safety protocols and procedures</li>\n <li>Creates an environment of continuous improvement and safety awareness for all Team Members</li>\n <li>Empowers and expects every team member to contribute to continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Demonstrates a core value of respectful treatment of all team members in every discussion, interaction and decision</li>\n <li>Coach and mentor production Team Members in best practices for safety and productivity</li>\n <li>Desires to eliminate risks waste and to develop team member skill to improve lean operations</li>\n <li>Ensure that employees are properly trained by their Team Leader or other designated trainer in the areas of safety, quality, equipment operation and 5S</li>\n <li>Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team feedback and participation in safety initiatives</li>\n <li>Interface with technical staff to ensure proper support</li>\n <li>Establish annual goals and objectives that support the attainment of operating metrics</li>\n <li>Work to continuously improve processes and reduce inventories and work in progress</li>\n <li>Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues</li>\n <li>Interface with Union Stewards in contract and discipline issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Experience/Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven history of ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset.</li>\n <li>A minimum of one to three years of experience in a medium/high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety practices is preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous manufacturing supervision experience would be preferred.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations is preferred. </li>\n <li>Previous professional, internship or co-op experience will be taken into consideration as relevant experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be self-driven and ambitious with proven leadership capabilities, including providing coaching, mentoring and supervision within a team environment.</li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving skills, including encouraging others on your team to think proactively and create solutions.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of process control, production scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban and Lean manufacturing is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stooping, bending, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity and able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO</h2>Alliance Laundry Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities and persons of all Sexual Orientations and Gender Identities.\n<h2>ID</h2>2026-11845\n<h2>Pos.
