    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">Are you a dedicated, passionate professional looking to grow your career with a company long-term? </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">Join </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: red\">Hall Mechanical </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">as a <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Mechanical Foreman</span> on a full-time, permanent basis!<br><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">Your day-to-day will look like: <br><br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize &amp; maintain scheduled installations of building mechanical systems</li>\n<li>To install all materials, equipment, and systems in a proficient and correct manner in accordance with Specifications, Drawings, Site Instructions, Approved Change Orders/Directives.</li>\n<li>Report directly to Superintendent for mentorship as needed.</li>\n<li>Diagnoses design issues regarding plumbing, gas, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and/or components for the purpose of identifying problems and needs necessary for the design intent to work properly</li>\n<li>Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange training, coordinate manpower pertaining to the contract with the developer / general contractor</li>\n<li>Responsible for testing all mechanical systems meeting local jurisdictions and engineer specifications</li>\n<li>To impart to the Superintendent or Project Management team any efficiencies or cost saving measures felt necessary to maximize project effectiveness. To work in a safe and timely manner and report to the Site Supervisor/PM team any inability to do so.</li>\n<li>Ability to read an interpret drawings/schematics and specifications as required.</li>\n<li>Complete projects above the client and company’s expectations</li>\n<li>Foster and grow relationships</li>\n<li>Professional and courteous in both appearance and action</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and the ability to maintain productivity without supervision</li>\n<li>Set goals and drive their completion</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2b333a\"><br>You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills: <br><br></span></span><em><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">Qualifications</span></em><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years experience in a foreman or lead hand role.</li>\n<li>Registered Plumbing Journeyperson.</li>\n<li>Basic security clearance, clean drivers abstract. <br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">Technical Skills:</span></em></p>\n<p><em><br></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hydronic experience in heating, cooling, mechanical rooms, grooved, victaulic and cast iron experience.
