    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Field Service Technician</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Full Time Position with Generous Benefits Package</strong></p>\n<p><strong>$80-85K first year</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment at customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and sales offices</li>\n <li>Utilizes hand tools and test equipment, such as multimeters, to perform work</li>\n <li>Effectively communicates technical issues and findings with the Engineering Department</li>\n <li>Performs in house phone troubleshooting support to customers</li>\n <li>Supports sales for product demonstrations</li>\n <li>Provides a range of known solutions to problems</li>\n <li>Innovates on the fly to resolve new and unique problems</li>\n <li>May be required to provide after-hours phone troubleshooting support</li>\n <li>Will be asked to travel extensively, nationwide</li>\n <li>Build and maintain customer relationships</li>\n <li>Performs other duties, as assigned by the manager </li>\n <li>Able to book own travel with credit card (reimbursed weekly) </li>\n <li>Must live within 1 hour of a major airport</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with industrial and commercial electrical systems</li>\n <li>Knowledge or experience of industrial mechanical systems preferred, but not necessary</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of supplied machinery (company provides extensive training)</li>\n <li><strong>Requires travel up to 100% of the time, inclusive of consecutive overnights, between 10-14 days</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutions</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain detailed records</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>***VETERANS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY***</strong></p>",
