Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for our client in the media and advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai/UAE and responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value advertising deals. This is a remote role, but candidates must be physically located in the UAE. Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients within the media, digital advertising, and marketing landscape. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Pitch advertising solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their brand and business objectives. Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from outreach and presentations to negotiations and closing. Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, content) to deliver successful campaigns. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: Mandatory: Must be currently based in Dubai/UAE. 2–4 years of experience in sales within media, digital marketing, or advertising agencies. Strong understanding of digital advertising products, media buying, and campaign performance metrics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows effectively. Existing client network in the UAE market is a strong advantage. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
