    "description": "<p><span>Relum is looking for an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Owner</span> to help us execute the product roadmap and build the next generation of iGaming products. You must be oriented strongly towards execution, experimentation, and above all, using data and structured thinking to inform your approach, as you will be expected to drive the highest quality and strongest sense of customer focus on each project you work on.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job responsibilities</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Translate Product Team strategy &amp; roadmap to PRD and user stories</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage &amp; prioritize product backlog</span></li>\n<li><span>Collect, prioritize &amp; incorporate feature requests into product roadmap</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in defining the product vision, roadmap, product strategy, KPIs, product design, and growth opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span>Take the lead on his/her product direction/line and work closely with UX/UI Design, Development, QA, Marketing &amp; other related teams to ensure the product implementation, delivery &amp; further growth for the best market fit</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct constant research, take a customer-centric approach and develop best-in-class products that engage our users and deliver ROI for our partners.</span></li>\n<li><span>Follow our competitors and the industry, constantly research and analyze the market, the users, and the trends</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate actively in all Scrum processes</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop products towards flexibility, scalability, and the highest level of automation for configurations and installations in the back-office tools</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Required qualifications</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum 3 years of experience in the product owner role</span></li>\n<li><span>In-Depth knowledge of Product development frameworks &amp; processes</span></li>\n<li><span>In-Depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles</span></li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li>\n<li><span>Self-motivated with a strong focus on the delivery of user value</span></li>\n<li><span>An effective communicator with experience in influencing and managing a large list of stakeholders with conflicting and competing priorities</span></li>\n<li><span>The one who uses customer data to measure performance, highlights problems, and determines solutions</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work under the pressure &amp; strict deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in the I-Gaming industry is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>",
