Our programs boast a committed and expert multidisciplinary treatment team dedicated to providing the highest level of care.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Hospital Employed Inpatient General Psychiatrist </li>\n <li><strong>Schedule / Hours:</strong> On-site Monday-Friday schedule </li>\n <li><strong>Call:</strong> one night a week after hours telephone call, 1:4 weekend rounding </li>\n <li><strong>Patient Volume:</strong> Will vary, ages 12 and older, caseload numbers vary</li>\n <li><strong>Location:</strong> Ocala, FL</li>\n <li><strong>Practice Setting:</strong> Inpatient ages 12 and older </li>\n <li><strong>Support / Care Team:</strong> Multidisciplinary with BH Techs, BH RN, Psychiatric NPs, Social Workers and Therapists</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities: </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for child and adolescent patients.</li>\n <li>Participate in daily treatment team meetings.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.</li>\n <li>Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation and Benefits:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive base salary with Productivity Bonus potential or 1099 options</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, paid time off, CME package for W2</li>\n <li>Relocation assistance and/or sign-on bonuses are available for W2</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BE/BC in General Psychiatry, BC preferred</li>\n <li>Active or eligible FL license</li>\n <li>Active DEA</li>\n <li>Comfortable treating ages 12 and older</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>About the Organization & Community:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Ocala offers a unique blend of community-oriented lifestyle and easy access to city amenities, and is situated approximately one hour from Tampa and Orlando.
