No Experience Necessary- Paid Table Games Dealer Training- Competitive Wages- $25 per hour + hourly bonus up to an additional $12 per hour Currently filling for Swing and Overnight shifts PROPERTY: Bitrate Productions Live Studio, Las Vegas - Playgon.com DEPARTMENT/POSITION TITLE: Table Games. / MODEL DEALER REPORTS TO: Supervisor/Manager/Director POSITION SUMMARY Must be available to work weekends and holidays. The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing a fun and interactive “live streaming” online gaming experience on an assigned shift while maintaining steady game pace. Are you service minded with good communication skills? This might be the perfect opportunity for you. Bitrate Productions is looking for service minded individuals with positive and up-beat energy with an on-camera personality for our live players. If you are looking for a friendly work environment with the opportunity to learn dealing skills and on-camera presentation, Bitrate Productions is the right place for you. Must be at least 21 years old. This is a gaming establishment. No dealing experience is required, but helpful, as we would offer two weeks PAID training to prepare you with all the essential skills needed on how to lead all the games we provide to our online players coming from all over the world. You will be dealing from our online studio, a smoke-free environment located in the heart of Las Vegas with authentic casino tables and equipment. As an Online Casino Dealer, you will be spending most of your working day live on camera, hosting casino games, and interacting with players who live-stream the games to their mobile devices. Our studio runs 24/7, which means that we offer flexible work schedules, including day and night shifts based on operational needs. We are looking for candidates that possess exceptional presenting skills who can stay calm under pressure and improvise when necessary. Although we are not a traditional casino, we operate as such and expect our dealers to be professional, reliable, willing to stand for long periods of time, wear presentable makeup and hair for all time camera presence. This is an excellent opportunity to gain live on camera, teleprompter, casino dealing experience! We are looking for Full-time positions. Full-time positions will be eligible for benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision after fulfilling the required hours. A monthly incentive bonus will be given to all dealers based on individual performance. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Must meet established department appearance standards. The skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two weeks of training or through related experience. Must be at least 21 years old. GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all inclusive for specific positions.) Market the venue and services offered to a targeted customer base. Perform as in a public relations capacity when promoting the venue. Serve as an Ambassador of the Company while working special/promotional events on property as directed by management. Assist in building and maintaining a personal clientele and developing the Company database. Meet marketing requirements established by management. Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner. Answer guest questions and be knowledgeable about property and local events and attractions. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental, and Company policies. Adhere to uniform requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be physically present at work, in assigned workstation, ready to perform all functions required of the position. Cannot gain or lose more than 7% body weight from date of hire. Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers alike. WORKING CONDITIONS Must be able to: Stand for entire shift Lift and carry 20 pounds Stoop, bend, and reach Acknowledge and respond to visual and aural cues Simultaneously handle the demands of many customers REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES In addition to the other duties described herein, each employee has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations: Attend required training sessions offered by the Bitrate Productions. Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations. Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the employee’s department. Consult Internal Control Procedures and Policy Manuals for guidance. Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management RATE AND BONUS $15 / hour Training Rate for two weeks of training $24 / hour Probationary Period $25 / hour After Probation Hourly Bonuses Based on Performance- up to $12 per hour BENEFITS Paid breaks Health, Dental and Vision available for Full-Time employees after probationary hours worked Once selected, you must be available for a full two weeks paid training, training date TBD Work Remotely No Shifts are Sunrise 2 Am - 10 AM and 4 AM - Noon Swing 8 PM - 4 AM Days Noon - 8 PM
