All three facilities are conveniently located within five miles of each other.</p>\n<p>This is a <strong>W2, full-time</strong> opportunity with a stable, collaborative practice.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Position Highlights</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Team Structure:</strong> 11 full-time Anesthesiologists and 13 full-time CRNAs, with continued growth as our hospital partners expand</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Case Mix:</strong> General, vascular, GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, plastics, and orthopedics, with recent expansion into neurology and cancer surgery</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p><em>No OB or pediatrics</em></p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p><strong>Advanced Cases:</strong> Robotic Da Vinci and Mako procedures</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Regional Anesthesia:</strong> Experience with interscalene, supraclavicular, popliteal, and femoral blocks to support opioid-sparing ERAS pathways and a strong orthopedic program</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Call:</strong> Weekend call 1:5 with occasional weekday call; all call is home beeper call</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary: </strong>$500,000</li>\n <li><p><strong>Sign-On Bonus:</strong> $50,000 (2-year commitment)</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Quality Bonus:</strong> $40,000</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Relocation Assistance:</strong> Up to $10,000</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Comprehensive benefits package with 401(k) matching starting on day one</p></li>\n <li><strong>Vacation:</strong> 8 weeks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Residents are welcome to apply.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>About AdventHealth Palm Coast</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>AdventHealth Palm Coast Hospital and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway Hospital are full-service facilities with <strong>100 inpatient beds</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>AdventHealth Palm Coast Hospital is designated a <strong>Center of Excellence for Orthopedics</strong>, specializing in hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Community Highlights</h3>\n<p>Located in <strong>Flagler County</strong>, Palm Coast sits between <strong>St. Augustine and Daytona Beach</strong> along the scenic A1A corridor and the River to Sea Preserve.
