This includes, but not limited to, the in depth knowledge of all equipment, including simulation equipment, developing and maintaining professional relationships with key equipment vendors, and continual education on enhancements to said equipment.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment and supplies for PA and Nursing clinical skills lab and simulation activities, including barcoding, tagging, and lifecycle tracking.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Manage lab sections with lab instructor to ensure all students complete and understand activities, and create adjustments as needed for time or comprehension.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Create videos for extra instruction and for reference</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Manage lab finances by purchasing and coordinating the receipt, storage, organization, and rotation of consumable supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels and timely ordering in collaboration with program directors and administrative staff.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Based upon needs of the various programs, investigate new equipment options by researching curricular needs and determine equipment needs. Work with Program Directors, Faculty, and the College Budget Director to select equipment and obtain appropriate funding and secure purchase and installation of new equipment.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Prepare, stage, and break down equipment, task trainers, manikins, and supplies for labs, simulations, and assessments based on faculty requests and course schedules to ensure proper use and care of the lab equipment and maintain the maximum use of equipment.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Coordinate routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs for manikins, simulators, audiovisual systems, and other instructional equipment by working with internal IT/AV teams and external vendors within budgetary parameters.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Maintain safe, clean, and organized lab and storage spaces, including adherence to infection prevention, sharps, chemical, and biomedical waste handling procedures consistent with college and university policies within budgetary parameters.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Develop and maintain equipment use, checkout, and return processes; track equipment loans to faculty, staff, and students and follow up on missing or damaged items.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><a><span style=\"color: black;\">Assist faculty and staff with basic operation and troubleshooting of simulation, skills lab, and AV equipment during instructional activities and examinations.</span></a></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Maintain equipment documentation, including user manuals, maintenance logs, warranties, and service agreements, and ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Support onboarding and orientation of new faculty and staff to equipment use, storage procedures, and lab expectations as requested by the program directors.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Serve on college and university committees</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field, or a Certified/Licensed Medical Professional preferred or and/or medical skills related experience desired.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Technical expertise in equipment management, healthcare support services, simulation/skills lab support, facilities support, or a related technical role preferred.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams) and ability to learn inventory or asset management systems.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment and supplies, and to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and reaching as part of daily work.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills with attention to detail in a fast</span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: &quot;Cambria Math&quot;, serif;\">‑</span><span style=\"color: black;\">paced academic environment.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Effective written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse faculty, staff, and students.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of the campus community.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>About the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences:</strong> The College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences offers programs leading to Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, Bachelor of Science in Healthcare and Business, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
