In this role, you will drive end-to-end hiring for niche technology roles, partner closely with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. &nbsp;You will work closely with leaders to help identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates while delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and well-organized hiring experience.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing each day:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Execute full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of IT, technical, data, and business roles to support organizational growth</li><li>Translate technical and functional requirements into clear job postings and candidate profiles&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities</li><li>Communicate clearly and consistently with hiring managers and key stakeholders to keep them apprised of search status</li><li>Source and screen candidates and applicants, presenting candidate slates inclusive of detailed write-ups and recommendations</li><li>Support structured interview processes and coordinate candidate progression from initial outreach through offer</li><li>Maintain strong candidate experience through timely communication and transparency</li><li>Work creatively with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure positions are filled with highly talented candidates in a seamless manner</li><li>Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, and talent pipelines</li><li>Coordinate and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of recruiting processes and the associated paperwork related to staffing, relocation, etc.</li><li>Utilize online sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates</li><li>Track and support recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time to fill, and candidate conversion&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to nimble’s employer brand by helping articulate what we are building and why the work matters&nbsp;</li><li>Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes&nbsp;</li></ul>",
