Our mission is to restore hope, health, and wellbeing for individuals and families in a recovery environment that embraces compassion, dignity and respect.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Men&rsquo;s Transitional House (MTH) </strong>is an innovative, uniquely designed program to assist CSSD clients living with substance use, mental health, and/or homelessness. This program is compliant with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), specifically the Community Confinement Standards of this act.
