This position partners closely with customers, outside sales, engineering, purchasing, and production teams to generate custom solutions, prepare proposals, and process orders efficiently.</p><p>This is a relationship-driven role focused on responsiveness, accuracy, and teamwork&mdash;<strong>no cold calling required</strong>.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email</li><li>Support existing customers and assist prospective customers with product information and solutions</li><li>Collaborate with outside sales representatives, CAD engineers, purchasing, and production teams</li><li>Prepare and generate accurate custom product quotes and proposals</li><li>Process and manage custom product orders from entry through completion</li><li>Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the sales and production process</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale</li><li>Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communications</li></ul><h2>Qualifications &amp; Skills</h2><h3>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3><p>We&rsquo;re seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
