We value our team members and are looking for the right candidate with the following qualities: team player, attention to detail, strong multi-tasking ability, dedicated, reliable, high accuracy rate, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li>Work environments vary by industry and establishment size; some inspectors examine similar products for an entire shift, while others examine a variety of items.</li><li>Must be able to stand, bend, and lift at least 30 lbs. for the entire duration of your shift.</li><li>Safety vest and other PPE are required to be worn throughout the shift.</li></ul><p><strong>LOCATION:</strong> Lansing, MI</p><ul><li><strong>1st Shift:&nbsp;</strong>6:00 am -4:30 pm (end of production) Monday-Friday with possible weekends$16.50 per hour</li><li><strong>Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month and possible Sundays may be required</strong></li><li>Paid biweekly.</li><li>MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL SHIFT.</li><li><strong>Must have reliable transportation</strong></li><li><strong>**Must be flexible as shift times may change based on production needs and customer demands</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong>Quality Control Inspectors typically do the following:</p><ul><li>Inspect, rework, test, or measure materials or products being produced.</li><li>Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.</li><li>Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.</li><li>Accept or reject finished items.</li><li>Read blueprints and specifications.</li><li>Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.</li><li>Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.</li><li>Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.</li><li>Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div>\n",
