We&rsquo;re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented <strong>Staffing Coordinator</strong> to join our team and ensure seamless scheduling and outstanding customer service.</p><p>What You&rsquo;ll Do</p><ul><li>Assign new client referrals to agency para-professional staff as directed.</li><li>Build and manage schedules for current clients; process service changes and requests in accordance with OHC policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain clear, timely communication with caregivers, nurses, clients, and internal partners regarding schedules and services.</li><li>Share on-call responsibilities to support 24/7 service continuity.</li><li>Represent Osborn Home Care professionally and positively in all interactions.</li></ul><p>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</p><ul><li>Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Prior experience in healthcare/home care scheduling or staff coordination preferred.</li><li>Comfort with basic computer/scheduling systems; ability to learn new software.</li><li>Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and reliable teamwork.</li><li>Willingness to participate in shared on-call coverage.</li></ul><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay: <strong>$25.00-$29.83</strong></li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Supportive, collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for training, growth, and professional development</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
