Connect harmonizes data across Agency Management Systems, IVANS feeds, and carrier integrations while exposing a clean API layer that powers services such as COI generation, rating, and policy access. This role is the guardian of our Master Data Management (MDM) and the central platform for internal data and integration services. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Leading a lean squad of senior engineers, you will design and evolve the platform that ingests, normalizes, and exposes insurance data through internal APIs and services. Your work ensures downstream systems can rely on clean, consistent, and observable data.
