The incumbent oversees sponsorships, ticketing, Name Image Likeness (NIL), and alumni relations, and is responsible for the strategic development and execution of initiatives within these areas.</p><p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Serve as a member of the VP/AD’s Cabinet and Athletics Department Executive Staff</p><p>Responsible for all major gifts in athletics over $20K.</p><p>Lead a comprehensive development program that supports Athletics’ strategic priorities.</p><p>Liaison with Taymar Sales</p><p>Lead the growth and expansion of our NIL/Rev Share.</p><p>Oversight of Athletics Annual Giving &nbsp;and the Monocle Society</p><p>Schedule and Coordinate development travel for VP/AD, Coaches and other athletics fundraisers</p><p>Work and assist with the hosting of all sporting events.</p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p><p>Demonstrated success in cultivation and closure of major gifts .</p><p>Possess initiative and self-motivation;&nbsp;</p><p>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;&nbsp;</p><p>Possess superior interpersonal skills;&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and structured environment.</p><p>Self-motivated and well organized.</p><p><strong>Required Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Bachelor's Degree</p><p>&nbsp;A minimum of three (3) years of Development experience, preferably in Division 1 athletics</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
