Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc., consolidated staff across the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to better serve our clients.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform structural engineering <strong>analysis and design</strong> for building structures, including <strong>structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood systems</strong></li>\n <li>Assist with <strong>site investigations</strong> to observe and document existing conditions and structural deficiencies</li>\n <li>Develop and review <strong>engineering calculations</strong>, and assist in the preparation of <strong>drawings and specifications</strong></li>\n <li>Coordinate structural work with <strong>in-house architects and other engineering disciplines</strong> to support integrated project delivery</li>\n <li>Support the <strong>construction administration</strong> phase through site visits, field observations, submittal/RFI reviews, and responses to construction-related issues</li>\n <li>Contribute to projects ranging from <strong>small renovations and rehabilitation projects</strong> to <strong>large-scale new construction</strong></li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with senior staff and project managers to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives</li>\n <li>Take on increasing technical responsibility and limited task-level leadership as experience grows</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering</strong> (Master’s degree a plus)</li>\n <li><strong>4–8 years</strong> of relevant structural engineering experience with an emphasis on <strong>building structures</strong></li>\n <li><strong>PE preferred</strong> (EIT required; active progress toward licensure expected)</li>\n <li>Strong understanding and practical application of applicable <strong>building codes and design standards</strong></li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>structural analysis and design software</strong> (e.g., ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, RISA, STAAD, etc.)</li>\n <li><strong>AutoCAD required</strong>; <strong>Revit experience a plus</strong></li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>- Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https://careers-liro.icims.com</p>\n<p>- We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment. </p>\n<p>- Compensation:  Minimum:  $95,000   Maximum: $125,000 (commensurate with experience)</p>\n<p>- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LiRo-Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
