The incumbent will drive continuous improvement, serve as a liaison between the Plant Manager and the value stream managers and production supervisors, and partner with all manufacturing engineering activities to enable production processes at optimal capacity.\nIn this role you will:\nProactively implement, promote, and maintain a safe working environment through diligence in incident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance, and policy enforcement\nFully engage workforce and promote personal accountability by identifying goals and empowering employees to drive decision making\nFoster innovation and promote continuous learning by providing formal and informal feedback on employee performance.
