    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>The Project Manager will be focusing on day-to-day operations including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitoring and reporting of cost, schedule, risks, and program/project execution</li>\n <li>Working with key stakeholders, assisting in budget and financial analysis, development schedules, track requirements, monitor risks, and support the operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction and program/project success</li>\n <li>Gathering, analyzing, and submitting data to senior management and the customer for negotiation, implementation, and administration of project requirements</li>\n <li>Performing supervisory responsibilities, such as performance management and hiring (as needed)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>#LI-AM1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline (preferred)</li>\n <li>Minimum of five or more years of program/project management experience</li>\n <li>Experience leading individuals in supervisory capacity towards project goals</li>\n <li>Project management experience in an Agile Environment</li>\n <li>Experience with creation of project financial reports and cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle</li>\n <li>Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project and/or Open Plan</li>\n <li>Experience with risk analysis and reporting, issue analysis, identification and escalation for large-scale DOD projects</li>\n <li>Experience with Navy Systems or leading Navy contracts </li>\n <li>Conduct cost and schedule analysis of multiple ongoing project efforts in support of an organizational level IMS including de-confliction of project dependencies</li>\n <li>Proven ability to communicate with internal staff and customers regarding project milestones, budgets, work-scope, inventory and schedules</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Project and JIRA</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office 360, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience using Deltek software products for EVM analysis and reporting</li>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification</li>\n <li>Possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, or equivalent Agile certification</li>\n <li>Experience with business analysis/decomposition of requirements to operational/engineering levels in preparation for capability development and/or acquisition</li>\n <li>Proficiency with project management software (Jira, MS Project, Asana), to understand technical infrastructure, manage risk, and apply methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.</li>\n <li>Conducting requirements analysis to decompose project requirements to operational levels</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum travel may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
