Description
Our client is a growing brand who is expanding their catering operation and has a need for a sales-focused leader who can enhance a full-service catering program, create and develop a diverse client list, delegate tasks to ensure successful execution, and work seamlessly with the operations and marketing teams.
Responsibilities :
Responsible to achieve goals for 3rd party sales, large catering venues and additional corporate industries Manage relationship with all 3rd party relationships, Growing, Maintain it Creates and delivers all training curriculum as assigned pertaining to the sales team role. Executes all Catering Sales Specialists duties, including direct selling when needed. Provides support of sales team as requested with the day-to-day routines. Troubleshoots escalated issues regarding eMarket, CRM, and POS. Increases sales in all restaurants in assigned territory to meet budgeted sales plan. Forecasts future catering opportunities to reach business plan goals. Partner with cross functional teams to develop short term and long term sales strategies
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree preferred 5 years of catering sales experience 3+ years of managing sales team Strong understanding of business goals and applying techniques and strategies to expedite the achievement of those goals. Experience interacting and creating relationships with internal and external customers of all levels and skill sets.
