Based on state regulations, nurses may perform administrative and/or field/clinical responsibilities. </p>\n<h2>External Job Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides skilled nursing care/treatment to clients per Physicians Orders and Plan of Care </li>\n <li>Documents nursing actions of all care given to individuals and informs physicians and family accordingly </li>\n <li>Administers and monitors medication and management as prescribed by physician </li>\n <li>Conducts nursing assessment visit as needed </li>\n <li>Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards </li>\n <li>Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation</li>\n <li>Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting </li>\n <li>Works with Director or Nursing/Nurse Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to address the health needs of individuals </li>\n <li>Participates in staff meetings, in-services and other meetings as needed </li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with physician’s verbal orders and medical reports </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Degree in Nursing from an accredited school </li>\n <li>One or more years of nursing experience preferred </li>\n <li>Current and unrestricted license in the state of the operation </li>\n <li>CPR professional certification </li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company </li>\n <li>Capable of working independently with highly confidential information  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>\n<p>All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
