    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:</strong> WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business. Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them.&nbsp; Travel will be required.&nbsp; It is the responsibility of the WTI Commercial Foreman to deliver timely and the highest quality service to all our WTI customers.&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>&nbsp;</span><br>\n  A<span>ctively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property. This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt &amp; Crew, Etc)&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.</span></li>\n <li><span>Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule</span></li>\n <li><span>WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks</span></li>\n <li><span>The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work</span></li>\n <li><span>WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently completing the assigned project.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract &amp; engineering documents.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.&nbsp; Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be included in daily project status reports.&nbsp; These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.&nbsp; This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance to contract specifications, job shut-down, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.&nbsp; This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees. Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image.</span></li>\n <li><span>Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e. OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc.</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage, monitor and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues. Consult with WTI Commercial&nbsp; Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor.</span></li>\n <li><span>Trains employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage.</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinates and monitors performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate.</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Commercial Business Manager.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintains ethical business conduct.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong></span><br><span>5+ years progressive experience in a similar role to include leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc.&nbsp; Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including, masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster and other forms of facade systems and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</strong></span><br>\n  1<span>0 Hour OSHA Card&nbsp;</span><br><span>30 Hour OSHA Card (not required but will be provided once hired)</span><br><span>Equipment operator certifications:</span><br><span>Lifts</span><br><span>Swing Stages</span><br><span>Scaffolding</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></span><br><span>Effective training/education of others and proper/appropriate communication</span><br>\n  &nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
