The Opportunity The Associate Manager, CRM Strategy will support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies across Fandango’s portfolio of brands, with a focus on email and mobile channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS. This role plays a key part in delivering high-impact, data-informed campaigns that drive audience engagement and business outcomes. Why This Role Matters: You will help shape how millions of customers connect with entertainment experiences, ensuring campaigns are timely, personalized, and aligned to audience behavior and content release cycles. Your work will directly contribute to improving engagement, optimizing performance, and scaling CRM capabilities across the business. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles , with regular in-office collaboration to support cross-functional partnership and creative alignment. What You’ll Do Execute and optimize weekly CRM campaigns across email and mobile channels, ensuring high-quality delivery across platforms and devices Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and requirements Manage workflows and timelines using project management tools to ensure on-time execution and clear communication Leverage A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance and customer engagement Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization Maintain quality assurance standards across campaign builds, including testing, troubleshooting, and asset updates within CRM platforms What You Bring 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related fields; entertainment or direct-to-consumer experience preferred Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Sailthru, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle journey mapping Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics) and translating data into actionable insights Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop) for email editing and QA Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment using tools such as Asana or similar How We Do It at Versant: Trust: You take ownership of your work and deliver with accuracy and attention to detail Teamwork: You collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a shared goal Transparency: You communicate clearly on timelines, performance, and challenges Agility: You adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving campaign needs Entrepreneurial Spirit: You stay curious, explore new tools and trends (including AI-driven CRM), and look for ways to improve performance Why You’ll Love It Here Be part of a team shaping how audiences engage with leading entertainment brands like Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values creativity, data, and continuous improvement Hybrid work model in Los Angeles with opportunities for in-person collaboration and team connection Access to competitive benefits , professional development opportunities, and tools to support your growth Salary Range: $66,000 - $80,000 As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with a VERSANT Media employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
