This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and is ideal for a detail-oriented designer eager to learn and grow.</p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><span>  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support senior designers and development teams in creating retail-ready packaging for a variety of brands.</li>\n<li>Assist with design execution across packaging collections, including layouts, graphics, and visual refinements.</li>\n<li>Research packaging trends, materials, and sustainability initiatives to help inform design concepts.</li>\n<li>Create mockups, comps, and basic renderings to help visualize packaging ideas.</li>\n<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, thoughtful ideas within a collaborative team environment.</li>\n<li>Learn and apply brand guidelines (when necessary) to ensure consistency across seasonal and evergreen packaging collections.</li>\n<li>Help maintain organized working files, ensuring assets, links, and versions are clearly labeled and easy to locate.</li>\n<li>Assist in developing packaging concepts with consideration for brand tone, market trends, and price points.</li>\n<li>Support exploration of new packaging materials, structures, and production techniques under senior guidance.</li>\n<li>Incorporate feedback from senior designers, developers, and stakeholders, making revisions as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years  experience at an in-house creative team or design agency preferred.<br></li>\n<li>Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).</li>\n<li>Understanding of how typography, imagery, color, and layout work together in design.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with print-ready files, dielines, and templates is a plus.<br></li>\n<li>Understanding of packaging materials and print production processes.</li>\n<li>Ability to generate and communicate ideas visually through sketches, comps, or simple renderings.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with the Pantone color system.</li>\n<li>Open-minded, adaptable, and receptive to constructive feedback.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Team-oriented, humble, and solutions-driven with a positive attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Can Expect:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hybrid work environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mental Health Mondays: Once a month our offices close globally (that's an additional 12 days per year)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Generous Paid Time Off -- Including your birthday, personal days, and time off around holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid Parental Leave</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Summer Fridays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Discretionary Bonuses</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Salary: $75 - $85k depending on experience</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em><br></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Twelve Inc. is committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and everyone is encouraged to apply.
